Our Smoked Cheddar With Paprika makes the best Welsh Rarebit and a perfect Ploughmans. Try it cubed in a salad with apple, chopped fresh herbs and vinaigrette dressing. Or use it for a delicious cheese sauce or gratin topping.

We are now smoking delicious Pwll Mawr Welsh Cheddar, a hand produced mini cheddar, matured 300feet below ground in a converted mine shaft.
