CHARCUTERIE

A selection of distinctive hand-cured, air-dried charcuterie from Trealy Farm, Monmouth.  Made only from finest pure bred or cross bred Welsh Breed, Saddleback and Gloucester Old Spot pigs;  All free-range and naturally fed.

Trealy Farm has recently won "Best Farm Producer" in the Radio 4 British Food & Farming Awards.  December 2009

Perfect for nibbles with drinks or a simple starter!

Air-Dried Lomo is aromatic pork loin, marinated in 2 types of paprika and air-dryed.  Try this served on cocktail sticks with olives & sundried tomatoes!

 Air-Dried Coppa is made from shoulder cuts, which are cured and marinaded with Rosemary before air-drying.  Delicious for a light lunch with creamy potato salad.
