FREE RANGE BACON & HAM

Free range from outdoor reared Cotswold pigs.

Our bacon is traditionally dry-cured for full flavour and firm texture. No water in the pan when it cooks!

Our whole hams are de-boned, rolled, traditionally cooked and glazed with honey and mustard.
They are produced to order and charged per kg. (Minimum weight approx 3kg).
