Dill Sauce is the perfect partner for any smoked fish and smoked chicken.  Try it let down with Creme Fraiche for a more subtle flavour.

The jellies go wonderfully well with all smoked meats and poultry.  Try melting a little of either jelly into vinaigrette dressing for smoked meat salads.

Chilli Jam is the latest addition to this range.  It is absolutely delicious with just about everything!  I make mouth watering Smoked Duck Blinis using crispy crostini with a dollop of mascapone topped and a rolled slice of duck, finished with a drizzle of chilli jam!  A really easy canape to hand around with drinks - both yummy and really pretty!
